After purchasing a new home and car, we decided to switch over from our 1-800 number insurance company so that we could REALLY understand what our options were outside of trying to find the cheapest rates. The process in selecting our new home, auto, earthquake coverage, was both easy and efficient.
Literally, we text a photo of our current coverage and we were given a quote back, delivered in detail to our email from Keely. It wasn't some auto generated reply asking us to call an agent or telling us that a representative will be in touch. My husband and I discussed our options, realized we were WAY under covered with our current auto, and decided to switch over the next day.
